FTI 创业者人格测试是作者维克兹（前程序员、现创业者）为筛选合伙人做的人格测试站：4 个维度（愿景-机遇 / 直觉-推演 / 掌舵-共创 / 突进-守成）、32 道七级量表题、16 种原创创始人原型配人物插画，计分全在浏览器本地完成，无需注册、无需数据库。作者在公众号文章（2026-10-17）里逐字写道："先说结论：我几乎没有很深入的开发基础。" "我没有亲手设计人格模型，没有自己推导计分公式，也没有亲自敲出这个网站中的任何一行代码。" "只是和AI工具，进行了多次沟通，就完成了创业者人格测试，这个小产品。" 他的工作流是双 AI 接力：先把 MBTI 开源项目和想法交给 Claude 分析，产出维度/题库/算法设计文档；再把文档交给 Codex（GPT-5.6）完成开发："我把Claude生成的文档、参考项目和希望呈现的效果一起交给了Codex，让它继续完成具体开发。" "一个AI把念头变成规格，另一个AI把规格变成产品。" 网站已部署到 AI自由岛官网（aizyd.net/fti）并完成社群内测。 FTI is a founder-personality test site its author Vic (a former programmer turned entrepreneur) vibe-coded to screen potential co-founders: 4 dimensions, 32 seven-point Likert questions, 16 original founder archetypes with illustrated character cards, all scored locally in the browser with no signup. In his own words (2026-10-17): he has almost no development background, designed no personality model, derived no scoring formula, and typed not a single line of the site's code — "just many rounds of conversation with AI tools" produced the product. The workflow was a two-AI relay: Claude analyzed MBTI open-source projects and produced the dimension/question-bank/algorithm design docs, then Codex (GPT-5.6) read those docs and built the site. "One AI turned the idea into a spec, the other turned the spec into a product." Already deployed at aizyd.net/fti and beta-tested with his community.
