Project intro

Ruri Jupjup (루리의 줍줍) is a Korean life-information site built by one person who is not a full-time developer. The author describes the experiment in plain terms: he describes what he wants in plain Korean, and an AI coding agent (Claude Code) does the planning, coding, deployment, debugging, images and short videos — rebuilding the whole site every hour from public feeds and official notices.

The site gathers contests, subsidies, giveaways, news, market prices and everyday-life guides, and adds its own reading aids: a "verification signals" score that rewards cross-reporting and named sources instead of giving a fact-check verdict, analyst reports broken into per-stock "reasons up / reasons down" trees, and tools such as a fridge-photo ingredient finder and a housing-lottery helper. Values that could not be checked against an official source are left visibly marked as unconfirmed rather than filled in.

The whole stack runs on a $0 server and API bill: static hosting on GitHub Pages, login/bookmarks/counters on Cloudflare Workers and D1 free tiers, a public vision model on Workers AI, and an hourly build driven by Windows Task Scheduler. At the author's DEV post on 2026-10-18 the site had 1,360 pages after two days and 110 commits; the build log has since grown to thousands of pages, showing the experiment is still running. Note: the site's content is in Korean.
