Agent Standup
Your Claude Code, Codex and Mistral Vibe sessions as a live animated team call — see who is working, stuck, or waiting on you, at zero token cost.
Project intro
Agent Standup turns your Claude Code, Codex and Mistral Vibe sessions into a live, animated team call. Each session — and each sub-agent inside it — appears as a character at a desk: you can see at a glance who is working, who is stuck, who is waiting on another agent, and who needs you. When an agent works, it shares its screen with the real terminal output or the exact diff it applies; a session board lists every session, and any past session can be replayed with a recap of agents, tool calls, commands, files changed and tokens spent.
It costs no tokens of its own: it only reads the session files your tools already write on your machine, and sends nothing by default. You can open it as a VS Code extension (also on Cursor, Windsurf and VSCodium), from any terminal with Node 18 or later, as a desktop app, or from inside Claude Code via its plugin. A built-in demo plays a fictional team if you have no session yet, and calls can be exported as video.
The project is free and open source under MIT, created in October 2026 and under very active development — 318 stars, 304 commits and 73 releases on GitHub at drafting time. The author is explicit about how it was made: "i made it with claudie code which wrote most of the code" (author's own spelling, from his VibingTalk launch post, 2026-10-21). It is an unofficial community project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or Mistral AI.
