Project intro

Say Ahh! is a cozy little doctor game: you run a small clinic, and every patient who walks in is played live by a small language model running on your own computer. You ask questions, examine throats, lungs, and eyes, and make your diagnosis, slowly completing a collection of 16 diseases.

The fun part is that patients do not read lines: the illness is designed in advance, but every sentence the patient says is made up on the spot, some vague, some inconsistent, some plain wrong, so you have to dig the truth out of their words and your exam results, like a real doctor. The game supports English, German, French, and Spanish, runs fully offline, and needs no account and no internet.

But first, its current state, as the author puts it: this is still a prototype to keep polishing. Players have flagged the large download, small language-switching glitches, and late-game rare diseases that run too hard. Right now it is Windows only, and the download is about 1.4 GB (because the model is bundled inside); Windows 11 Smart App Control may block it, so follow the instructions on the page.
