highscroll thumb sprint
Twenty seconds, one thumb: how many metres can you scroll before the clock runs out?
Project intro
highscroll thumb sprint asks one question: how far can your thumb run in 20 seconds? Every swipe up flicks away one fake reel: a cyan square that wants a rating, a checkerboard that says swipe again. Swipe, scroll, or press down. The clock is twenty ticks. When it runs out you get your score, the metres your thumb ran, and what that is as long as. Put your three letters on the table and the game opens your row on overflow.games/highscroll, where your friends add theirs to the same link. Nobody's account, no server holding the scores: the table lives in the link. No AI runs in the game, and it has no account, no ads, no tracking. Its code and words were written with Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. Entered in the AI Browser Game Jam 5. A deliberately tiny game: twenty seconds, one gesture, one honest number about your scrolling thumb. Free in the browser.
