Your Garmin Connect data export is a ZIP full of binary FIT files and giant JSON blobs — useless to ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude as-is. Garmin AI Export converts it in your browser into four clean CSVs: activities.csv, sleep.csv, daily_health.csv, and laps.csv, ready to feed to an AI for training plans and sleep analysis. All ZIP parsing happens locally with Web Workers; your health data never touches a server. The maker, bokuno_log, is blunt about how fast it shipped: "I built and shipped this — including the payment integration — in about half a day, by pairing Claude Code (Opus 4.7) with Codex (GPT-5 Codex)." And: "I never wrote a line of code. I only said 'I want this,' 'OK,' and 'ship it.'" The CSV download costs ¥900 via Square Payment Links (Apple Pay & Google Pay supported) — a paid product, not a demo, and it's still live and working.
