Table QR ordering for restaurants: scan or speak, AI maps your words to the real menu
Qrder is a table QR ordering app built for a friend's restaurant. Guests scan the QR on their table — or just speak — and open-weight AI maps "two jollof and a zobo" to real menu items; TTS reads the confirmation back, and the kitchen phone buzzes live. Admin kitchen view included.
Built over a weekend as a Hacktoberfest Weekend Challenge entry: "I built it over the weekend in a Cursor agent session: guest grid, admin kitchen, voice confirm, and wiring 'yes' all the way to the kitchen poll." Created 2026-10-05 — voice-first ordering with a real customer in mind.
