Hand-thesia plays MIDI files as falling notes — but unlike Synthesia, it renders procedurally animated hands with automatic fingering, plus a fingering editor you can adjust by hand. The GitHub repo description says it in one line: "Vibe-coded with Claude Opus 5.5." Created 2026-09-27 and pushed as recently as 2026-10-18, the repo shows 185 commits and 8 releases of genuine iteration. The README documents the requirements (Python 3.10+, pygame-ce, pretty_midi, Nuitka single-file exe packaging) and the repo ships a CLAUDE.md development guide. The demo video walks through a Liszt Hungarian Rhapsody with the animated hands playing along.
