Harish Agents Map
A live 3D control room for one person's AI agent fleet: every agent a glowing robot on its own hex island, with a real-time activity feed.
Project intro
Harish runs a small fleet of AI agents — crypto watchers, equity researchers, investment scouts, placement matchers, thesis helpers — and instead of checking a dozen dashboards, he built himself a command center that looks like a strategy game. The Harish Agents Map is a live 3D control room for one person's AI agent fleet: each of his ~22 agents stands as a little robot on floating hex-island desks grouped by function (Crypto Desk, Investment Desk, Placement Desk, Equity Research, Studio/Solo), glowing, bobbing, or raising a beacon depending on whether it's working, idle, or erroring. A glass-paneled live activity feed streams what each agent is doing — "Mudrex watch 11:08 slot: flat 32.87 USDT; no trade" — with per-agent routines and action logs a click away, and data packets visibly fly to the Harish PA hub whenever an agent has recent activity. It's a pure static site (Three.js from a CDN, no build step) fed by a status.json the agent fleet itself updates, and it's genuinely in daily use: the feed timestamps on the day this was written show agents firing every few minutes. The maker's own summary is the whole vibe-coding story in one line — a personal ops map "built with Claude Code" — now the single place he watches his digital workforce.
