ReSkate Map Creator
Skip building maps inside Blender — lay out props, draw curbs and rails in this editor, and export a .blend you can skate in ReSkate.
ReSkate Map Creator is an editor for building maps for the skateboarding game ReSkate: instead of piecing a park together inside Blender, you place props, draw curbs and rails and set a spawn point in this editor, then export a .blend file that ReSkate Studio can load and skate. The repository has 16 stars and was last updated in late October 2026. Building a map feels hands-on: the prop library on the left is sorted by folder, accepts .blend, .fbx, .obj and .glb files, and drops each piece onto the ground, a wall or a slope; curbs, rails, platforms and stairs can be drawn and reshaped by dragging pins; and you can add spawn points, fast-travel points, traffic, footpaths and lights with adjustable time, colour and brightness. To use it, download the Windows build from the repository's releases page, unzip and run — no install step. Exporting needs Blender on your machine; if the editor cannot find it the first time, it asks you to point at blender.exe and remembers the path. Building from source needs Node.js 20 or newer, and the same interface can also run in a browser. Three things to know: this is only the map editor — the exported .blend has to be opened in the separate ReSkate Studio to play; the Windows package is unsigned, so antivirus tools may warn; and the author states plainly in the repository that this is a vibe-coded project and takes no responsibility if it misbehaves, so test it yourself before relying on it.
