Sentio
Give your team an organizational memory: meetings, documents, decisions, and people linked into a knowledge web you can question.
Project intro
Sentio is organizational memory for teams: it links meetings, documents, decisions, people, and projects into a living knowledge web, so you can find out why something was decided, who promised what, and where the risks are — instead of relying on the memories of the longest-serving employees.
It transcribes meetings live, recognizes who is speaking, and logs new decisions, tasks, and risks as they come up. Documents get pulled apart for obligations, dates, and risk points, then linked to the relevant meetings, projects, and people. To find something, just ask — how did this decision come about, or which client’s promise is still unfulfilled.
Every answer traces back to its source: a stretch of meeting audio, a document, a specific decision — never just an answer with no reason behind it. Deployment follows the enterprise playbook too: private cloud, on-prem, or air-gapped, with SAML/SSO, audit logs, and retention controls.
One caveat: this is an enterprise product — the site pushes demos and pilots, with no public free trial, so individual users and small teams cannot just sign up. And it only works as well as the material you feed it: the fewer meetings and documents you connect, the less it remembers.
