BudgetTrack

A fully local personal budgeting app: accounts, subscriptions, debts and charts with no server, no account, and data that never leaves your device.

BudgetTrack is a personal finance app that runs entirely in your browser: there is no server, no account, and no analytics. Accounts with full transaction editing (income, deposits, spends, transfers between accounts), recurring subscriptions down to per-item rounding, debts both owed and owing, interest rules with a resident-withholding-tax calculator, tax settings, a history timeline that overlays payments, interest and deductions on a running balance, and more than a dozen charts — category breakdowns, income vs spending, net saved per month, weekday spending, balance projection, debt payoff — all work offline, on your own machine. Nothing you enter ever leaves the device: it lives in localStorage, with .db files (JSON) you export yourself as backup. What makes it worth a look for vibe-coding watchers is how openly it wears its origin. The author's repository description reads, verbatim: "Vibe coded, user friendly, local finance database manager." The commit history backs that up: two of the five commits carry Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 trailers with Claude Code session links, and the repo root ships AI_RULES.md and CLAUDE.md — running instruction files that keep an AI coding agent aligned with the project as it evolves. For all that, this is not a skeleton. The app ships an NZ student loan preset (12% on income above $24,128 a year), a "stale debt" flag that keeps dead debts on record while dropping them from totals and graphs, and a theming engine that pulls 33 UI styles by 67 colour palettes from a separate package in the background, applying new palettes without an app update. Settings cover exchange rates, interest basis (monthly or yearly), wallpapers and appearance. The tech stack is the author's own declaration: React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui and Recharts. The live demo is a Cloudflare Pages build; it opens on a fresh, empty dashboard because there is deliberately no server and no sample data — every account on screen is one you add yourself.

Nur Fashion Bill Generator: Factory Invoices, Vibe-Coded

Factory-grade garment delivery bills for Bangladesh knitwear factories: auto totals, amounts in words, and one-click 300 DPI PDF export.

Nur Fashion Bill Generator is a single-purpose web app built for Bangladesh knitwear, sweater, and apparel factories to produce industry-standard garment delivery bills, challans, and invoices. The form replicates the authentic factory bill layout exactly: SL No, Description, Buyer, Style No, Qty in Pics, Po No, Rate/Par Pics, and Amount in BD Tk — the columns a factory clerk actually works with, not a generic invoice template. The craft is in the details that matter on the factory floor. Quantities and amounts total automatically, and the grand total is spelled out in words in Bangladeshi style ("One Lac Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Six Taka Only") — a legal nicety on real bills. The page is engineered to fit exactly one A4 sheet with zero page spills, and a one-click download exports a high-resolution 300 DPI PDF; it can also export a standalone single-file HTML bill to send buyers over email or WhatsApp. Company headers, addresses, bill numbers, notes, and authorized signatures are all editable, and multiple bills can be saved and switched between in the browser. The author states it plainly on the README's first screen: "Vibe coded for precision, speed, and real-world Bangladesh knitwear, sweater, and apparel factory workflows." That grounding shows — this is not a generic demo but a tool shaped by how garment factories in Gazipur and Mymensingh actually bill. Built with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS v4, the live demo loads with a realistic sample bill (Bill No-107 for RAIDHA COLLECTION LTD.) you can inspect and edit right away.

Invoya

A free GST invoice generator for Indian freelancers — GST-ready PDFs in 30 seconds, payment reminders, built solo with Claude.

Invoya is a free GST invoice generator for Indian freelancers and small businesses, and it is a real, launched SaaS with paying users. Fill in business and client details and it generates a professional GST-ready PDF invoice in about 30 seconds — GST rates from 0% to 28% with CGST/SGST/IGST split automatically by state. It also solves the awkward freelancer problem of chasing payments: one-click payment reminders in 5 types and 3 tones (friendly, professional, firm), ready to send over WhatsApp or email. The dashboard has KPI cards, overdue detection, search, sort, and list/grid views. The author built the whole product solo — frontend, payments, PDF generation, deployment — using Claude as a co-developer, on React + Vite + Tailwind with Firebase Auth/Firestore, jsPDF, Razorpay and Vercel. Free to start, live now at invoya.in.

Ekselio

"Lovable for finance workflows": a local-first AI workflow orchestrator that runs financial data pipelines in your browser.

Ekselio is pitched as "Lovable for finance workflows" — a local-first AI workflow orchestrator built by a finance veteran, not a software engineer. You describe a data transformation in plain English, and its AI workflow builder compiles it into a visual pipeline: load CSVs, join customers with orders, filter high-value transactions, group by date, and export the results — all executed locally in your browser. The demo runs a full 6-node workflow on real data (5,000-row orders, 1,200-row customers) and completes it in seconds with a console that narrates every step. Workflows can be saved and re-run next month with one click — no token burn for the same job twice — and exports come as Excel data packs with M code, which keeps auditors happy. It plugs into QuickBooks and pulls from 800,000+ FRED macro-economic series plus stock data. Author kdautaj spent 20 years in finance and M&A before building Ekselio as a side project. On Hacker News he frames it explicitly against other vibe-coding tools: "Differently from other vibe coding tools, this is local first…" — the execution never leaves your machine, which is the whole point when the data is a company's financials. Why it stands out Most AI-for-finance products are thin chat wrappers over a spreadsheet. Ekselio's bet is the opposite: a durable, re-runnable workflow canvas where the LLM does the schema mapping once and the browser does the computation every month after. For finance operators who re-run the same close-the-books routines on a schedule, that split between AI setup and local execution is the right division of labor.

Pocket Money

A family pocket-money tracker PWA: multi-child accounts, saving goals, recurring allowances, 12 currencies — free on Cloudflare's free tier.

Pocket Money is a family pocket-money tracker built as a progressive web app. Invite family members to share access to children's accounts, set saving targets with visual progress and projected completion dates, run recurring allowance payments on any schedule, and keep a full transaction audit trail — who deposited, who withdrew, when. A balance-history chart shows trends over time, PIN protection covers shared devices, and it supports 12 currencies. It installs on a phone home screen and runs entirely on Cloudflare's free tier, no credit card required. The build story is one of the cleanest vibe-coding testimonials we've seen. On his project page, author Phil Ewels writes: "The entire app was vibe-coded with Claude Code — I didn't write a single line of code myself. Starting one evening after my wife went to bed, I had a working app within a couple of hours. A few tweaks over the following day and I'm pretty happy with the result. I even got Claude to generate a full docs website and capture screenshots for the project using Playwright." Under the hood it's SvelteKit 5 on Cloudflare Pages with a Cloudflare D1 SQLite database, Tailwind CSS 4, and Chart.js — 87 commits, seven releases, MIT licensed, and genuinely maintained. A real family tool, built in evenings, for the most honest reason: the existing apps were all either bad, ad-filled, or expensive.

Squid Digest

An AI-powered daily crypto news digest that generates LLM trading signals and publishes backtested results every day.

Squid Digest is an AI-run daily crypto news digest: it ingests the day's crypto news, analyzes headlines with LLMs to generate trading signals, and publishes backtested results every single day — with the GitHub Actions pipeline running automatically at 5AM PT. The October 9 issue, for example, shipped BTC at $82,430 and ETH at $2,481 market snapshots alongside the signals. The README is explicit about provenance: "This is the first fully AI 'vibe coded' repository in the Leviathan News ecosystem" — a showcase of "the collaborative dance between human creativity and AI capabilities." Declared stack: Python 3.11, DeepSeek (headline analysis), Ghost CMS, Telegram, GitHub Actions; AI collaborators declared as Claude, Cursor AI and ChatGPT. Open source (MIT), 1,015 commits. 中文导读:每天自动抓取加密新闻、用 LLM 生成交易信号并公开每日回测结果的 AI 实验项目。

Insider Hawk

Real-time SEC Form 4 insider trading tracker with cluster-buy detection when 2+ insiders accumulate the same stock

Insider Hawk tracks SEC Form 4 filings in real time and turns them into a single readable surface: a "Latest Insider Activity" table of trades from corporate insiders, plus a dedicated "Insider Cluster Buys" module that flags stocks where two or more insiders are buying together. When half a C-suite quietly accumulates the same ticker, the table puts the cluster, the total dollar value and the market cap in one row. The site is the work of Biron Clark, who has spent a decade in digital marketing — not programming. In his LinkedIn piece Can a Marketer Actually Vibe-Code a Working App? he states it plainly: "I built the site, called Insider Hawk, with the vibe-coding platform Lovable." That matters for what this entry represents: a working data product fed by the US federal securities disclosure stream, shipped by someone whose background is marketing copy, not APIs. The design is unusually opinionated for a fintech side project: cluster buys get their own tab and filter because simultaneous insider buying is historically a stronger signal than any single insider's trade. Whether or not you believe insider data is alpha, the site is a clean, live example of the zero-to-shipped story vibe coding promises — data in, judgment out, no engineering team required. curated by the VibeFix editors

Use Your Benefits

Stop leaving credit card perks on the table: track every benefit, credit, and enrollment across your cards, and see exactly what's still available this year.

Premium credit cards are a math problem most people lose. An $895 annual fee buys you $300 in hotel credits, $200 in airline fees, $200 in Uber Cash, $120 for Uber One — but only if you actually remember to use them before they expire. Use Your Benefits exists because the author was tired of leaving money on the table. The dashboard tells the whole story at a glance: Total Value $5,274.40 across your cards, Still Available $2,887+, and per-card breakdowns showing exactly what's used, what's pending, and what's been missed. Each benefit card — Hotel, Uber Cash, Uber One, Airline Fee — carries its own status (Pending, Excluded, Needs Enrollment) and a progress bar for the year's credits. The screenshot shows an American Express Platinum with $1,671.95 still available and 26 missed credits staring back at you. That "26 missed" number is the app's entire reason for existing. It's vibe-coded with Claude and MiniMax in OpenCode, built on Bun with React + Vite and Tailwind. The year switcher (2024/2025/2026) suggests it's designed for the long haul — benefits reset annually, and so does your memory of them. For anyone paying premium annual fees, this is the closest thing to a refund button. Note: This project is curated by the VibeFix editors from public sources. It's a My Money!

A 100% vibe-coded Android expense tracker with a Mario wink: multi-currency accounts, budgets, and a cheerful dashboard that makes bookkeeping fun.

The name tells you everything about the tone: It's a My Money! — an Android expense tracker that borrows its energy from a certain plumber and refuses to make bookkeeping feel like homework. It's 100% vibe-coded with Claude Code, across 134 commits and 10 releases, which puts it firmly in "real maintained app" territory rather than weekend-demo land. The dashboard is the first thing you see and it's genuinely cheerful: a big amber total-balance card up top, income and expenses side by side with this month's numbers, and a "Spending by Category" donut chart that breaks down where the money actually went. Month navigation sits right in the header (the screenshot shows June 2026), with Day/Month/Year toggles for zooming in and out of your habits. Under the hood it's a serious little app: multi-currency accounts with cross-currency transfers, budgets, grouped transactions, and a theme picker for when you want the numbers in a different mood. Everything runs on Expo with expo-sqlite for local storage and Zustand for state — no cloud account required, your money data stays on your device. The README ships eight real screenshots in docs/screenshots/, which is how you know the author actually uses it. A finance app that doesn't lecture you, built entirely by describing what you want to an AI. The mushroom kingdom would approve of the accounting. Coast(为自由记账)
